The Hyannis Yacht Club's Regatta for One-Design and PHRF classes is held annually the last weekend in July in the waters of Nantucket Sound and Lewis Bay. This is the premier regatta on Cape Cod drawing boats from as far west as Chicago, as far south as Annapolis, and as far north as Canada. In addition to great racing, the Regatta offers daily parties with wonderful food (come for the breakfast buffet) and entertainment.
Welcome to the 38th Annual Buzzards Bay Regatta where the sailing conditions and the competition are sure to be top notch!
This will also be the District 7 Championship for the Laser Standard and Laser Radial!

Directions
From I-95, New England Thruway:
Take Exit 19 (Playland Parkway).
At first light turn right onto Milton Road.
Follow Milton Road to a blinking light and take a left onto Stuyvesant Avenue.
Follow to the last club at the end of Stuyvesant.
From I-287 East, New England Thruway:
Follow signs for I-95 South.
Take exit 19 and proceed as above.
From the Hutchinson River Parkway
Take Hutchinson River Parkway to 287 East to 95 South to exit 19 (Playland Pkwy)
Take Playland Parkway to first traffic light; take a right (Milton Road) follow Milton Rd. to a blinking traffic light and take a left (Stuyvesant Ave.) follow to the last Club on the road.
Sail Newport will be hosting the NE Masters which will be sailed off of Third Beach in Middletown, RI.
This event usually has one light day and one windy day...that just seems to have been the pattern over the years but no guarantees! Either way, a really competitive and fun Master's event!!!
Prizes for top three in each class (A,M,GM,GGM as well as top 3 women overall)
An awesome regatta with a lot of talent on the line. The regatta is run 'frostbite style' and a lot of fun!
